Team Hydra · Whitelabel Modmail

Modmail under your name, not ours.

Members DM your bot like a friend. Staff answer from a private thread with the member’s whole story in front of them. The bot relays both ways and writes the log.

How it works

One loop, start to archive

  1. 01

    A member DMs your bot

No forms and no ticket portal. They message your bot like any friend on Discord.

  2. 02

    A thread channel opens

A private channel appears for staff, opened by a card of who the member is: account age, join date, past logs.

  3. 03

    Staff reply in place

Type the reply command, right-click any message, or fire a canned response. The bot relays it under your brand, anonymously if you want.

  4. 04

    The log writes itself

Every message, note, and close lands in a web log at its own URL, readable by exactly the roles you allow.

Features

Built from years of working tickets

Nothing speculative below. Every one of these ships today, on every instance.

  • Right-click to reply

Reply, Anonymous Reply, or pin a highlighted note straight from the context menu of any message.

  • Thread cards

Each thread opens with the member’s ID, account age, join date, and past logs, plus one-click Close and Blacklist.

  • Menus over IDs

Settings and role commands open channel and role pickers. Configure everything without copying a single ID.

  • Web logs

Every thread is archived at its own URL. Highlighted notes stay highlighted. Access follows your staff roles.

  • Canned responses

Save the answers you type every day and send them by name, normal or anonymous.

  • Blacklist

One command or one right-click keeps a troll out of your inbox. Undo it just as fast.

  • Live settings sync

Change settings in the web dashboard and the bot picks them up within seconds. No restarts to babysit.

  • Role access levels

Six levels from read-only to full management, mapped to the Discord roles you already have.

Whitelabel

It never says Hydra.

Every instance is its own Discord bot. Your name, your avatar, your prefix, your staff title on every embed. Members only ever talk to your server’s bot. Hydra is the engine underneath, not the brand on top.

  • Heartbeat watched

Instances that stop responding restart themselves within minutes.

  • Nothing missed

After downtime the bot backfills the DMs and replies it missed, deduplicated and labelled Recovered.

  • Zero hosting

We run the fleet. You run your community.

FAQ

Straight answers

Why does the bot ask for privileged intents?

Modmail cannot exist without them. Server Members keeps thread cards, join dates, and role-based permissions accurate. Message Content is what lets the bot relay what a member actually wrote.

What messages does the bot actually read?

Message content is only acted on and stored in two places: DMs sent directly to the bot, and the modmail thread channels the bot itself creates. General chat in your server is never recorded.

Where do the logs live and who can see them?

Thread messages are stored in our database so your web logs work. Viewing them requires Discord login and follows the access levels you assign to your staff roles, so you decide exactly who sees what.

What happens if the bot goes offline?

The network watches every instance’s heartbeat and restarts stalled bots within minutes. When an instance comes back it backfills every DM and reply it missed, deduplicated, and labels them Recovered.

Can I set my own bot name and avatar?

Yes. Each instance is its own Discord bot. Name, avatar, command prefix, staff title in embeds, and the messages members see are all yours to set and change any time.

What happens when my time runs out?

You get reminder DMs before expiry, then a short grace period. If it lapses the instance suspends until you top up. Your logs and settings are kept.
